Description:
- Review of all work orders for accuracy and post to customer account
- Speaking with customers to explain work performed
- Collect and process customer payments
- Gather/maintain/distribute monthly odometer readings
- Any other related duties as requested by Management.
Requirements:
As a Billing Coordinator, you must be pleasant, professional and possess the ability to function equally well both independently and in a team environment. You must also be highly detail-oriented and focused with a flexible and adaptable nature. It is also important that you display excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal and active listening skills as well as the ability to interact effectively with both customers and coworkers.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to produce in a stressful environment.
- Must be able to work in a team environment as well as be able to resolve issue accurately and independently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Specific qualifications include:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Prior experience in a customer service setting a plus
- Proven problem solving skills
- Ability to work well in a fast paced environment
- Proficiency with the MS Office Suite, MS Outlook and Web navigation
