SML Landscape Designs is seeking a dependable and experienced Landscape Foreman to lead our landscaping crews and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead landscape crew members on job sites
- Coordinate daily work assignments and ensure projects stay on schedule
- Train and mentor crew members on proper landscaping techniques and safety procedures
- Operate landscaping equipment and tools safely
- Install and maintain landscaping features including mulch, plants, shrubs, sod, drainage systems, and hardscapes
- Communicate with management regarding project progress, material needs, and employee performance
- Ensure all work meets company quality standards
- Complete job site inspections and maintain a clean, organized work environment
Qualifications
- Previous landscaping experience required
- Prior crew leadership or foreman experience preferred
- Ability to read and follow work orders and project plans
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance

Schedule
- Full-time
- Monday–Friday
- Occasional overtime as needed
Pay
Starting pay is based on experience and qualifications.
