Description

The Project Manager will oversee various HR projects and ensure successful delivery aligned with HR strategic goals. Candidates with HR experience and/or Scrum/Agile team leadership experience are preferred. Experience with preboarding activities is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage HR projects from initiation to completion

• Coordinate with HR, IT, and external vendors

• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets

• Identify and mitigate risks/issues

• Ensure on-time, within-scope, within-budget delivery

• Provide project updates to stakeholders

• Facilitate meetings and team communication

Required Experience

• Proven project management experience

• Strong understanding of HR processes and systems

• Experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall methodologies

• ADO knowledge is a plus

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Strong problem-solving skills

• Experience managing cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualification

• PMP Certification or equivalent
