Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide them with knowledgeable assistance in selecting powersports vehicles and accessories.
- Maintain thorough product knowledge to effectively communicate features, benefits, and financing options.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to foster repeat business.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of the dealership.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic math skills for calculating pricing and financing options.
- Computer proficiency, including experience with sales software.
- Previous sales experience preferred; finance background is a plus.
