We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Scheduling Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have dental office experience and possess knowledge of dental procedures, scheduling and a strong skill for problem solving.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage the scheduling of appointments for patients
- Utilize Opendental Software for scheduling and patient information
- Monitor and optimize appointment schedules to maximize efficiency
- Communicate effectively with staff, patients, and insurance providers
- Efficiently communicate with patients through face-to-face, phone and text
- Handle patient inquiries regarding appointments and scheduling changes
Requirements
- Ability to problem solve and work independently manage tasks
- Proficiency in scheduling and dental terminology
- Familiarity with Opendental Software preferred
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
This position is Monday - Thursday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
