Contractor Responsibilities:
- Current Utah massage therapy license & professional liability insurance
- Provide your own linens, oils/lotions, and supplies
- Keep the massage room clean and professional
- Conduct yourself in a professional manner at all times
- Follow HIPAA compliance for patient privacy
