What You'll Do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all facility-related requests.
- Maintain building and grounds area. Identify and repair defective components of the facility, including but not limited to electrical, plumbing, structural, and cosmetic components.
- Schedule and manage outside vendors for projects beyond ability, or training/certificate/license coverage.
- Generate purchase requisitions for needed parts and equipment, negotiating competitive prices and deliveries to ensure that company resources are maximized.
- Manage work orders, track progress, and ensure timely completion.
- Develop and implement consistent maintenance and service plans for equipment and facility systems.
- Support space planning, office moves, and equipment setup.
- Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.
- Assist with safety programs, inspections, and compliance documentation.
- Keep common areas organized, functional, and presentable.
- Experience in facilities, operations, property management, or administrative coordination
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Clear communication and a customer-service mindset
- Comfort working with vendors, contractors, and internal teams
- Familiarity with work order systems and Microsoft Office applications (preferred but not required)
- Ability to troubleshoot issues and take initiative

- A High School diploma or GED is required/Associate’s Degree (A.A.) from a two year college or technical school (preferred)
- Six (6) or more years related experience and/or training, or
- Equivalent combination of education and experience
