What will you be doing?
- Outdoor work in all seasons and all sorts of weather.
- Custodial and light maintenance work.
- Event setup and cleanup.
Requirements
Who are you?
- Enjoys active, hands-on work and being on your feet.
- Can work independently but also as part of a team.
- Adapts easily when priorities change.
- Dependable, punctual, and takes responsibility seriously.
- Comfortable learning new tasks and using tools and equipment.
- Can work a flexible schedule (up to 30 hours/week, including weekends and holidays).
- Candidates must be at least 18 years old.
- Able to pass Ohio criminal background and FBI fingerprint checks.
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurability.
- Comfortable working variable hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Read, write, and communicate clearly in English.
This role is highly physical and hands-on so you will regularly:
- Walk and work on uneven terrain and slopes.
- Climb stairs and ladders.
- Lift and move furniture and equipment.
- Use tools such as lawn mowers, shovels, and power equipment.
- Work with industrial-strength cleaning products.
