Primary Targets
- Sales Order Submission Processing
- Manage end-to-end sales order submissions, from quote to SO release, including communication with Operations and support departments
- Support in the completion of documentation requirements and preparatory details required for accurate and timely invoicing
- Reiterate and refresh traders on new policy and compliance requirements
- Coordinate approved system adjustments of sales and purchase orders in preparation for invoicing
- Execute inventory validation processes to ensure accuracy, identify discrepancies, and maintain data integrity across proprietary systems
- Serve as a go-to resource for internal tools, internal software application features, and trading best practices
- Provide guidance on escalation paths and issue resolution
- Marshal resources throughout the supply chain in conjunction with customer requirements to ensure accurate forecast, and maximization of opportunity in profit or limitation of loss
- Generate ad hoc reports as directed by management
