Smith & Wilkinson has been retained by Skowhegan Savings Bank to lead the search for its next Chief Financial Officer.
As a member of the Senior Management Team, the CFO provides strategic leadership and oversight of the Bank's financial operations and long-term financial goals. Serving as the principal financial advisor to the President/CEO and Board of Directors, this role directs all aspects of financial management, including:
- Investment portfolio oversight
- Financial planning and analysis
- Budgeting
- Asset/liability management
- Regulatory reporting
- Coordination with external auditors

The base salary range for this position is $170,000 – $251,000.
