Our 60-year-old Health and Human Services MGA client is expanding their E&S Casualty team and seeking a Senior E&S Casualty Underwriter to grow and manage their Health and Human Services book. This role focuses on engaging with wholesale brokers in the NYC area, bringing in new business, managing renewals, and driving growth, with a clear path to management.
The ideal candidate will have 10 years of E&S casualty underwriting experience, preferably with human services, allied health, or non-profit classes of business, a proven track record of managing $5M GWP books, and experience building strong relationships with wholesale brokers to source new business.
