Duties

- Conduct comprehensive product demonstrations and technical presentations to clients, showcasing features and benefits tailored to their operational needs
- Develop strategic territory management plans to maximize sales potential and expand market share across industrial sectors
- Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms effectively while maintaining profitability and customer satisfaction

Experience
- Proven success in outside sales, particularly within B2B (business-to-business) environments focused on industrial or technical products
- Demonstrated ability in territory management, lead generation, and account management with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong skills in negotiation, customer service, and product presentation with experience conducting technical product demos
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or equivalent CRM tools for managing sales pipelines and customer relationships
- Experience in retail sales or inside sales is advantageous but not required; a proactive approach to cold calling and direct sales is essential
