The Chief Human Resources Officer will report directly to the President & CEO and lead the Bank’s human resources function across compensation and benefits, talent acquisition and retention, employee engagement, payroll, HR systems, compliance, workforce planning, and organizational development. This individual will serve as a key advisor to executive leadership and the Board on matters including executive compensation, succession planning, employee experience, and organizational effectiveness.
