Reporting directly to the CEO, the CFO will play a key leadership role in the next chapter of Cape & Coast’s evolution. The Chief Financial Officer serves as the Bank’s senior financial executive and a key strategic partner to the President/CEO and the Board. The CFO provides forward looking financial leadership, ensuring that financial planning, financial resource allocation, and risk management support the Bank’s long-term growth and strategic objectives. We are seeking a talented and strategic financial executive with a passion for community (and hopefully a connection to or an affinity for the Cape) for this critical leadership role.
