What are the responsibilities and job description for the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Full-Time 3rd Shift position at Smith Village?
Starting Pay: $34 per hour (Pay is based on previous experience)
$2 PM/Night shifts differential
10% weekend pay differential for all shifts
Open Roles:
Full-time role (1.1FTE) 12 hours Overnight 6pm - 6am shifts Rotating Weekends (Skilled & Rehab)
Full-time role (0.8FTE) 8 hours Mid-Shift 11:30am -7:30pm shifts Rotating Weekends (Admission Nurse)
Full-Time role (0.8FTE) 8 hours PM Shift 2:30pm-10:30pm Rotating Weekends- (Assisted Living)

What you bring to the table:
- LPN License in good standing in Illinois
- Long-term Care experience (Preferred)
- Caring and compassionate nature
- Possess strong computer skills
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform ongoing assessments and observations of the residents
- Dispensing and recording of all medications accurately
- Carrying out all physicians orders accurately
- Ensures that the care of the residents from CNA's and nurse is delivered appropriately
