What are the responsibilities and job description for the Tire Retread Technician position at Smith Tire and Tread?
Smith Tire & Tread is seeking a Tire Inspection Tech to join our team at our retreading facility in Wahpeton, North Dakota. The position is Part Time with an expectation of 20-25 hours per week. There is an 8-12:30 shift available and a 1pm to 5:30 shift available The ideal candidate will have some experience with the technical aspects of production line tire retreading as well as warehouse inventory management. Experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.

Duties and Responsibilities.
Tire retreading production line tasks include but are not limited to;
-Visual checks to identify tire sidewalls and tread are prepared for retread process.
- Mark and Identify area's in need of repair
-unload and organize incoming tires
-Maintain a safe, clean working area, and assist with shop cleaning.
-Other duties as assigned.
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
