YOUR ROLE: Pest Pro & Customer Hero As a Smith'sTechnician, you’ll be on the front lines—serving customers, solving problems, and delivering exceptional service that keeps families and businesses pest-free. You’ll be a trusted expert, not just a spray-and-go tech.Your day might include:

  • Inspecting homes and businesses for signs of pests
  • Verifiable experience providing effective rodent exclusion work in a variety of situations.
  • Perform top-notch pest prevention, detection, and elimination tasks including inspections, trap placement, and pesticide applications in compliance with label instructions and safety standards on all jobs.
  • Experienced in all kinds of pest trapping, baiting and chemical applications for all pests.
  • Developing customized treatment plans
  • Crawl into small spaces such as basements, foundations, attics, etc. to identify and treat pests.
  • Educating customers and ensuring top-tier satisfaction
  • Knowledge of and safe usage of hand tools and products to close up holes, cracks or other areas
  • needing coverage to exclude pests.
  • Be able to do site inspections for exclusion work, bid the job including time and materials, do the
  • job and in cases where it is a large job take the lead on the job

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 21 years old with at least 5 years of driving experience
  • Clean driving record and ability to pass a background check and drug screening
  • Flexibility to work extended hours or weekends as needed
  • Commitment to safety and excellent customer service
  • Ability to complete training and obtain required licensing
  • Possess and maintain a Branch 2 Field Representative license pursuant to state/local law.
