Role Description
As a Parts Specialist, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service, managing inventory, and ensuring efficient operation at our on-site location in Frederick, CO. This full-time role involves assisting customers with their parts needs, ensuring accurate inventory management and control, and communicating effectively with both customers and team members. You will also be responsible for fostering customer satisfaction and supporting the company's initiatives to maintain optimal service standards.
Qualifications
