Primary Job Duties
- Perform general labor tasks including site cleanup, material handling, and debris removal.
- Assist skilled workers (carpenters, operators, masons, etc.) with basic tasks as needed.
- Load, unload, and organize materials, tools, and equipment onsite.
- Operate basic hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Follow all company safety procedures, policies, and personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements.
- Support site preparation activities including digging, lifting, carrying, and moving earth or materials.
- Maintain cleanliness of the work area to ensure safe and efficient operations.
- Support supervisors and crew leaders on assigned tasks to keep projects on schedule.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks (lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for long periods, bending, kneeling, etc.).
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and reliability.
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
- Previous experience in construction, landscaping, or general labor.
- Familiarity with hand tools and basic equipment.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Seasonal, with hours depending on project needs.
- Overtime or weekend work may be required based on workload and weather.
