This position plays a key role in supporting daily production operations — assisting with printing, cutting, assembly, packaging, and shipping of graphics and signage products. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and eager to learn multiple aspects of the production process.

This position plays a key role in supporting daily production operations — assisting with printing, cutting, assembly, packaging, and shipping of graphics and signage products. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and eager to learn multiple aspects of the production process.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in operating large-format printers, laminators, and cutters under supervision.
- Prepare materials for printing, cutting, and finishing.
- Load and unload materials from machines and staging areas.
- Operate forklift or pallet jack for loading/unloading deliveries (training provided if needed).
- Trim, weed, tape, and package finished graphics for shipment or installation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production floor and workstations.
- Follow all safety guidelines and assist in maintaining a safe work environment.
- Help with general shop tasks including assembly, fabrication, and inventory organization.
- Support the Production Supervisor and other team members with various production needs.
- Previous experience in a production, print, or signage environment preferred but not required.
- Mechanically inclined and comfortable working with hands and equipment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Positive attitude, dependable attendance, and strong work ethic.
- Willingness to learn new skills and assist in multiple areas of production.
- Forklift experience or certification is a plus (not required).
- Basic computer literacy and attention to detail are important.
- Full-time, on-site position in a fast-paced production facility.
- Team-oriented environment with cross-training opportunities in all areas of graphics production.
- Monday–Friday schedule (overtime as needed for large runs or deadlines).
