Duties:
- Perform account reconciliation to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records
- Conduct technical accounting tasks, including journal entries and general ledger maintenance
- Perform bank reconciliation to verify the accuracy of recorded transactions
- Process payroll and ensure timely and accurate payment to employees
- Conduct account analysis to identify discrepancies or trends in financial data
- Assist with tax preparation
- Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a bookkeeper
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) and MS Office Suite (especially Excel) Accounting CS
- Strong attention to accuracy in data entry
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Associate's degree in accounting
-Experience doing tax returns for at least 1 year
-Full-time position. Insurance for employee after 75 days of service. After 1 year of service PTO time, retirement available, 401K matching, etc.
