Basic Job Skills:
Use power equipment to make wooden furniture frames to be upholstered.
Use basic math, tracing tape measure and have measurement skills.
Use hand tools that include: air powered staple gun, dowel gun and pliers.
Work in a cellular fashion in the most efficient manner that has the highest level of quality.
Work together with a team of people in the safest and most efficient manner.

Experience Required
Prior experience working with wood and wood working machines is preferred.
Minimum of 3 years steady work history.
Experience with hand tools, woodworking power equipment and measuring devices.

Work Hours
6AM to 2:30PM, with a 30 minute unpaid lunch at 11 AM. There are two, 10 minute paid breaks during the day. Daily overtime may be needed to ensure manufacturing can meet demands the following day. The mill room does run a limited 3rd shift operation.

Wages
Starting wage for this position is $17.50 per hour. Pay is dependent upon past working experience. During the training period, some overtime is available. Wage increases are commensurate with acquired job skills and are paid on an incentive basis, with the average person making $18 - $20 per hour in 12 months.
