What You’ll Do

Curate an Outstanding Grocery Assortment

Identify new products, trends, and opportunities that delight customers and strengthen our offering.

Turn Data into Smart Decisions

Analyze sales trends, purchasing patterns, and performance metrics to optimize assortment, pricing, and promotions.

Build Powerful Vendor Partnerships

Develop strong relationships with suppliers, negotiate competitive pricing, and collaborate on promotions and innovation.

Deliver Results That Matter

Drive category performance by improving:

• Gross margin
• Product availability
• Inventory efficiency
• Customer satisfaction

Ensure Quality from Supplier to Customer

Oversee purchase orders, monitor product quality, and ensure our high standards are consistently met.

Improve and Innovate

Look for ways to streamline purchasing processes, enhance assortment strategy, and support our continued growth.

We’re looking for someone who combines analytical thinking with a genuine passion for food and retail.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5 years of buying experience (grocery or food retail preferred)
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
• High-level Excel and data analysis abilities
• Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems (NetSuite a plus)
• Strong organization and ability to manage multiple priorities
• A passion for discovering and sharing great food

We’re a fast-moving, collaborative team focused on building something great. You’ll work closely with leadership, operations, and suppliers to bring new ideas to life and continuously improve how we serve our customers.

This role combines strategy, analytics, and hands-on product interaction — including regular cooler walks and product reviews to ensure quality standards are met.
