Impact of the role

Core responsibilities
- Interpret build prints; execute builds to exact customer specs
- Compute unspecified dimensions; perform layout across diverse materials
- Define reference points and tooling holes using straightedges and precision measurement
- Fit, assemble, and align tooling components; lead or support team assembly for Aerospace customers
- Repair and rework tools to restore functionality and compliance
- Produce sketches/diagrams to guide fabrication
- Operate equipment as needed: lathes, Bridgeports, and grinders
- Fulfill additional tasks as assigned
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a fixture builder in Aerospace
- Proficiency with GD&T concepts and application
- CATIA V5 and ENOVIA experience preferred
- Blueprint literacy (read, interpret, act)
- Strong math, written, and verbal communication
- Excellent organization and follow-through
- Deadline-driven mindset with awareness of business impacts
- Exposure to ISO 9001 and AS9100 environments desired
- High School Diploma or equivalent
