- Identify and develop supplier resources included distributors and franchise, while maintaining strong relationships with existing vendors
- Handle the full procurement cycle: inquiry, negotiation, order placement, delivery tracking, and logistics coordination
- Independently manage core purchasing tasks and proactively identify areas for process improvement
- Monitor market dynamics and industry trends to provide timely insights and adjustments
- Collaborate across departments to ensure smooth procurement operations and resolve issues efficiently
- Demonstrate strong team spirit and communication skills to support overall business goals
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- Minimum 3 years of relevant sourcing or procurement experience in IC electronics distribution
- Familiarity with key commodities such as CPU, Memory, SSD is preferred
- Proficiency in both Chinese and English (written and verbal) for business communication and documentation
- Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify issues and propose actionable solutions
- Able to perform effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
