Title - Industrials Investment Banking - MD

Location(s) - New York, NY OR Chicago, IL

Salary - $300,000 to $400,000 Bonus

Responsibilities:

• Lead the Industrials Investment Banking offering for the firm
• Source deals and possibly bring on deals through an active pipeline
• Origination activities, pitches, decks and build long term industry relationships is a mus
• Work hand in hand with the Senior Industrials MDs and Directors to further extend their market position to continuously take market share
• Advise on primarily Sell side M&A deals
• Work on capital raising efforts
• Lead in the due diligence process of deals
• Provide guidance, advice and mentorship to Directors
• Analyze market data and understand current market trends based on real time data
• Enthusiastic about the Industrials market, being a market specialist in any sub sector will help you stand out as a candidate, subsectors include – Aerospace & Defense, Government Services, Industrials Technology, Automotive, Paper & Packaging, Building Products, Distribution, Transportation & Logistics, Chemicals, Capital Goods & Equipment and Manufacturing

Requirements:

• BA/BS with a major in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or related field
• Anywhere between 15yrs relevant experience, only Banking or combination of Investment Banking and Corporate Advisory
• STRONG M&A Exp is a must from buy-side & sell side
• Industrials Investment Banking exp. as an MD for a reputable platform
• Ability o run a book of business and be a sector expert
• Track record of Origination
• Mid market background is a big plus, or any of the Elite Boutique Bank
