Budtender – Smilez of Three Rivers (Full-Time)
Evening & Weekend Availability Required
Smilez of Three Rivers is looking for passionate, reliable team members to join our growing dispensary! We are currently seeking a full-time Budtender with open evening and weekend availability.
Key Responsibilities
Budtender Duties
- Welcome and assist customers with product education and selection
- Accurately operate POS systems (Dutchie) and Metrc inventory tracking
- Ensure all products are properly labeled and compliant
- Create labels at the point of sale
- Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work environment
Runner Duties
- Package online and in-store orders
- Deliver curbside orders to customers
- Assist team members with general operational support
Note: Team members may be cross-trained in both roles depending on store needs.
Qualifications
- Open availability for nights and weekends
- Previous experience with Dutchie, Metrc, or cannabis retail preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
Compensation & Benefits
- Starting wage: $14.00/hour tips
- 6-month performance reviews with potential for raises
