Job Description:
Reporting to company management, the Budtender will be responsible for oversight / execution of customer service. The Budtender will work closely with the senior leadership team and will lead all day-to-day operations of Harbor Farmz Provisioning, LLC. and ensure that Harbor Farmz has the systems and procedures in place to support effective program implementation and assist management.
CORE JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- As a Budtender, you will be one of the first point of contact for our patients, so the ability to make a patient’s day an amazing one from the moment they walk in the door is key!
- Welcoming guests and patients into the store with a positive, upbeat, and friendly demeanor
- Be ready and available for any patient at all times. They come first!
- Educate patients on cannabis properties and selection of proper genetics according to their desired effect, relief for patients' aliments, or per request
- Make sure deals are running properly for management
- Maintain patient confidentiality
- Accurately use and maintain Point of Sale (POS) system
- Comply with company cash handling policies and perform daily cash management responsibilities and compliance reporting per company policy
- Fill online orders in a quick and efficient manner; greet and checkout curbside patients ensuring compliance with state regulations
- Stay educated and updated on different types of marijuana products and methods of medicating, and current on cannabis trends
- Daily compliance with dispensary policies, including but not limited to the following: state/local regulation compliance, security protocols, access protocols, SOP’s, inventory tracking, dress code, and work schedules
- Work well with a diverse group of personalities both employees and patients
- Clean, stock, and organize dispensary with rest of team (clean bathrooms, take out garbage, sweep floors/parking lot, etc.) (Abide by check lists located on Salesfloor)
- Work on special projects and assignments designated by management
- Supporting store team and store management in an administrative capacity, as required
- Show up to each scheduled shift timely and presentable, dependable attendance
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
