We are looking for a Pediatric Dental Patient Care Coordinator to be the welcoming face and friendly voice of our dental practice. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Patient Coordinator to join our team. As a Front Desk Patient Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dental office by providing administrative support and exceptional service to our patients.

What you’ll do as a Patient Coordinator:

  • Master treatment plan presentations and effectively communicate services being performed at checkin
  • Schedule patients effectively and be responsible for maintaining a full, productive schedule that maximizes patient care and office efficiency
  • Check patients in ensuring a seamless and positive experience from arrival to departure
  • Verify insurance benefits and provide clear explanations of coverage, out-of-pocket costs, and payment options
  • Collecting and posting payments
  • Answer the phone promptly and professionally addressing patient requests in a helpful manner
  • Be courteous, friendly, and helpful at all times — creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for every patient who walks through our doors
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure the office runs smoothly and every patient receives outstanding care

What you’ll bring:

  • One(1 ) years’ experience in a dental front office position with knowledge in dental terminology, treatment procedures, and dental software systems preferred
  • Experience with the Open Dental software preferred
  • Excellent and positive communication skills with both the team and patients
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Stable work history and commitment to your role
  • Bilingual preferred to create a welcoming environment for the patients in our communities - but not required
