This person thrives in social settingsboth online and face-to-faceand naturally builds relationships with providers, staff, and patients to capture authentic, compelling content. They are highly creative, love storytelling, and can turn everyday moments into engaging posts, videos, and campaigns.Theyre a self-starter who works best when given clear goals and high-level direction, and can independently manage the day-to-day detailsplanning content, posting consistently, maintaining engagement, and tracking performance. They stay organized with a content calendar, remain flexible to real-time opportunities, and are proactive about pitching new ideas to grow each brand.This person brings strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to craft clean, compelling captions that match the brands voice. They also have basic photo and video capture/editing abilities (e.g., using a phone, CapCut, Canva) to create polished, platform-appropriate content quickly and efficiently. They understand social metrics enough to identify whats working, whats not, and when to adjust.In short, the ideal candidate blends people skills, creativity, initiative, and reliabilitysomeone who can represent our brands well, execute consistently, and continually elevate our social media presence.Scope of Work & DeliverablesThe contractor will provide the following services:Content Capture & CreationCapture on-site content with patients and staff at Smile Clinic (Midvale) as neededCapture occasional content at our headquarters in American ForkProduce short-form video and stills content (Posts, Reels, TikToks, etc.)Capture photos, behind-the-scenes moments, and storytelling elementsEdit and deliver polished, platform-ready contentContent ExecutionDevelop and maintain a content calendarWrite engaging captions that align with our brand voiceDesign and schedule posts across multiple brandsDeliver consistent weekly content packagesEngagement & Community SupportMonitor engagement and provide basic community management servicesRespond to comments and DMs in a brand-aligned toneProvide monthly insights on whats performing wellReporting & CommunicationSubmit monthly content deliverables and analytics summaryCommunicate proactively regarding scheduling for onsite content capturePitch new ideas, trends, and opportunities for brand growthWork with video production and marketing teamsRequired QualificationsProven experience creating short-form social media video contentExperience managing or producing content for a brand accountStrong writing and communication skillsAbility to capture and edit content using personal equipmentFamiliarity with tools such as CapCut, Canva, or similar appsPreferred (Not Required)Photography, graphic design, or advanced editing experienceExperience with online communities or Facebook Group engagementContract DetailsIndependent Contractor (1099)Paid per agreed-upon monthly retainer or per deliverable (based on final scope, estimated range $2000-$2600 per month)Contractor provides their own equipment (camera/phone, software, computer, etc.)Contractor maintains their own schedule and workflowReliable transportation required for on-site content captureOptional Courtesy Perks (Non-Employee Benefits)These are offered as courtesy options and are not employee benefits:Access to select dental discountsInvitations to occasional company eventsCOMPENSATIONPart Time: $2,600/month ($32.50/hr)
