About Smile Starters
Smile Starters is a general dental practice serving children and young adults ages 1–20. We are committed to teaching lifelong dental health while maintaining a clean, safe, and positive environment for both patients and staff.
This entry-level position is ideal for a DA I or someone new to dental offices looking to gain experience in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting. This is a three month position covering a LOA. Must be Bilingual in Spanish.
We are seeking a dependable, quick learner who takes pride in their work and thrives in a busy, active environment.
Job Duties / Responsibilities
- Clean, sterilize, and maintain dental instruments
- Set up trays for hygiene and operative treatments
- Run weekly spore tests to ensure sterilization compliance
- Perform monthly inspections of fire extinguishers and lights
- Manage laundry including lab coats and patient towels multiple times daily
- Monitor and stock patient restrooms
- Assist dental assistants, hygienists, and dentists as needed
- Support the team with other duties as assigned
