About Smile Orthodontics

Smile Orthodontics operates out of 11 newly constructed, ultra-modern locations across the Minneapolis–St. Paul metro area and is supported by 100 team member partners. We practice a full-team approach to patient care and utilize cutting-edge orthodontic technology, including:

• Digital treatment planning
• Robotically bent archwires
• Custom 3D-printed aligners
• Advanced clinical systems designed to support efficiency and outcomes

We are seeking a motivated, patient-focused Orthodontist to join us as we continue to grow.

Qualifications:

• DDS/DMD with Orthodontic specialty
• Active Minnesota dental license
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• Schedule: 8-hour shifts
• Work Location: Multiple locations (Minneapolis–St. Paul metro area)
• Experience: DDS – 4 years (required)
