What You'll Do
Play a pivotal role in building our new dental practice, contributing your skills and ideas to its development.
Collaborate closely with the team to shape our office culture and patient experience.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:Assist during chairside procedures
Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments to maintain a clean and organized clinical environment.
Take digital x-rays, impressions, and perform other necessary diagnostics to aid in treatment planning.
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and post-treatment care instructions.
Collaborate closely with the dental team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Qualifications
A passion for dentistry and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care.
Willingness to adapt to a dynamic and evolving work environment.
Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude.
Eagerness to take ownership of tasks and contribute to the growth of our practice.
Prior experience in the dental field is a plus, but we're also open to training the right individuals.
Dental Assistant certification from an accredited program; not required
X-ray certification and familiarity with dental radiography techniques.
Knowledge of dental terminology preferred
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in maintaining infection control protocols.
Excellent communication skills to engage with patients and team members effectively.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive demeanor.
Prior experience using dental software systems is a plus, if not we will train
