The RoleWe are looking for a high-performing Treatment Plan / Sales Coordinator who can confidently guide patients from diagnosis to “yes.”
This role is part clinical understanding, part sales, and part patient experience. You will be responsible for case acceptance, financial coordination, and creating an exceptional, seamless journey for every patient.
This is not an order-taker role — we are looking for someone who is self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.
Key ResponsibilitiesTreatment Coordination & Sales
- Present and explain comprehensive treatment plans with confidence and clarity
- Build emotional connection with patients to increase case acceptance
- Overcome objections with professionalism and empathy
- Achieve and maintain high case acceptance goals (target ~80%)
Financial Coordination
- Discuss and structure payment options (cash, financing, phased treatment)
- Guide patients through financing platforms (CareCredit, Cherry, Proceed, etc.)
- Align treatment plans with patient budget while maintaining clinical integrity
Front Desk & Administrative Support
- Answer phones, schedule patients, and manage patient flow
- Verify insurance and communicate benefits clearly (without relying on them for diagnosis)
- Ensure all patient communication reflects our luxury, concierge experience
Clinical Support (when needed)
- Utilize RDA experience to understand treatment and support team flow
- Communicate effectively with doctor and assistants regarding patient needs
- Self-motivated & self-directed — you don’t wait to be told what to do
- Confident communicator who can build trust quickly

- Organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a structured environment
- Calm, positive, and aligned with a peaceful, high-performance culture
- Minimum 5 years dental experience (REQUIRED)
- Experience as Treatment Coordinator / Sales Coordinator (preferred)
- RDA experience strongly preferred
- Proven experience with treatment planning & case acceptance
- Familiarity with dental financing platforms
- Strong understanding of dental procedures (cosmetic general dentistry a plus)
