What are the responsibilities and job description for the Treatment Coordinator position at Hurst Pediatric Dentistry?
Hurst Pediatric Dentistry is looking for an outgoing, warm and friendly front desk staff. Previous dental experience is a must. The ideal candidate should be organized and attentive to details, and should possess outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Our office hours are from 8:30am to 5pm with an hour lunch break. We offer competitive pay. Exact wages negotiable based on experience.
Job Duties include but are not limited to:
- Greeting patients and their families;
- Answering phones, scheduling appointments, and insurance verification;
- Presenting treatment plans;
- Ensuring the office remains clean and organized;
- Maintaining doctor’s schedule and patient flow with a goal of little to no patient wait time, while maintaining time flexibility for patients;
- Behaving in a professional and respectful manner at all times while in our office;
- Being present, engaged and ready to work at all assigned shift times; and
- Maintaining patient confidentiality through HIPAA compliance and following our practice’s safety policies and procedures.
