Smile Loft Dental is a dynamic, multi-location dental group dedicated to providing high-quality patient care and a seamless experience from consultation to treatment completion. We are seeking an experienced Treatment Plan Coordinator to join our team and play a pivotal role in guiding patients through their dental care journey. The Treatment Plan Coordinator is responsible for presenting and coordinating dental treatment plans, ensuring patients fully understand their treatment options, financial responsibilities, and available payment plans. The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator, customer service-oriented, and knowledgeable in dental procedures and insurance benefits.
Responsibilities:
- Review, prepare, and present comprehensive treatment plans to patients in coordination with the doctor.
- Clearly explain recommended treatments, associated costs, and financial options, including insurance coverage, third-party financing, and in-office payment plans.
- Ensure treatment plans are documented accurately in the patient’s electronic record within SoftDent.
- Verify patient insurance eligibility and benefits to maximize coverage before treatment.
- Follow up with patients on pending treatment plans, addressing concerns and overcoming objections.
- Maintain a strong understanding of different dental procedures, including restorative, prosthetic, periodontal, endodontic, and oral surgery treatments.
- Ensure proper financial arrangements are in place before treatment begins.
- Monitor case acceptance rates and strategize on ways to increase patient conversions.
- Provide excellent patient service and ensure a smooth handoff between clinical and administrative teams.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
