Ideal candidate would be a seasoned dental front office professional seeking to add 2 work days per week to their schedule; Insurance Coordinator experience a must. Must be comfortable with technology and learning new things

• Patient check in/out
• Coordinating patient payments
• Insurance coordination and verification required
• Answers incoming calls and managing voicemails
• Scheduling and Confirm appointments
• Treatment plan preparation and presentation
• Confirming patient information and gathering needed patient documentation
• Managing the flow of provider schedules
• Patient & Partner Practice Communications
• High school diploma
• 2-3 years dental front office billing/insurance coordination/AR experience, customer service oriented, open to training, positive attitude, team player
• Computer proficiency and ability to learn new programs
• Exemplary customer service and interpersonal skills
• Professional demeanor
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
• Ability to collaborate with a team
