Registered Dental Hygienist (Part-Time)
Location: Northwestern Dental Center

- Friendly and compassionate

Job Duties May Include:
- Screen patients: review health history, check oral health, perform cancer screening, charting, and take vitals
- Take digital X-rays
- Follow office protocols for infection control, emergencies, referrals, and treatment programs
- Perform cleanings using cavitron/prophy jet
- Apply sealants and fluoride
- Take impressions for study models
- Educate patients on oral hygiene, brushing/flossing techniques, and nutrition
- Keep work area clean and sterile
- Support patients with compassion and clear communication
- Complete dental charting including restorations, decay, perio charting, and documentation
- Build positive relationships with patients and staff
- Restock supplies and maintain equipment
- Manage recall system
- Use dental software and basic computer functions
Schedule:
- Tuesday: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Wednesday: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Friday: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Requirements:
- Must have IL RDH License
