We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Front Desk / Patient Coordinator to join our dental team. This role is the first point of contact for our patients and plays a key role in delivering an exceptional patient experience while supporting daily office operations.

Key Responsibilities
Patient Experience & Front Office Support
- Greet patients warmly and create a welcoming environment
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage patient flow
- Check patients in and out efficiently
- Address patient questions and concerns professionally
Scheduling & Administrative Duties
- Coordinate provider schedules to maximize efficiency
- Confirm appointments and manage reschedules/cancellations
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Process payments and review account balances with patients
Insurance & Billing Support
- Verify dental insurance benefits
- Submit claims and follow up as needed
- Communicate coverage and financial responsibility clearly to patients
- Support billing and collections as needed
Office Coordination
- Work closely with clinical and administrative teams
- Ensure front desk policies and procedures are followed
- Maintain HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality
- Assist with additional administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a dental or healthcare front office preferred
- Experience using Eagle soft
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge of dental scheduling and insurance is a plus
- Comfortable handling payments and discussing financial information
- Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Proficient with computers and practice management software
