This is a full-time, on-site Account Manager role based in Joplin, MO. The Account Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding client needs, and delivering tailored solutions that align with SMC's offerings. Daily tasks include managing customer accounts, identifying growth opportunities, coordinating with internal teams to ensure project success, and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction through consistent communication and follow-up.
