- Perform assigned duties with appropriate supervision and guidance.
- Follow established procedures to run programs and processes used to build, maintain, and verify products.
- Execute existing procedures, programs, and processes to build and validate products in accordance with customer requirements.
- With guidance, modify existing procedures, programs, and processes to create or update customer data.
- Perform all aspects of data verification, including regression testing, to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Collaborate with customers to gather, clarify, and document project requirements.
- Develop and maintain productive working relationships with customers to support data continuity and accuracy.
- Stay current with the software tools and systems used to build and maintain SMC³ products and data content.
- Identify potential alternatives or improvements and present recommendations to the direct manager/supervisor and the Data Services team.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

Required
- Minimum 2-year Programming or Data related college degree, professional certification or equivalent related work experience.
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
