You’ll work hands-on with candidates and clients alike to ensure the perfect match for a wide range of opportunities — from temp gigs to full-time placements.Key Responsibilities:··Recruit, screen, and interview candidates for temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct hire positions.··Partner with client companies to understand hiring needs and deliver tailored staffing solutions.··Maintain detailed candidate records and manage placement pipelines.··Build rapport quickly and cultivate trust with both talent and clients.··Communicate clearly and professionally — both in writing and in conversation.··Navigate between tasks like a pro in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.What We’re Looking For:··A team player with a customer-first mindset.··Self-motivated and adaptable — you get stuff done.··Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new platforms quickly.··A people person who loves helping others succeed.··Bonus points for experience in staffing, recruiting, customer service, or retail — but it’s not required.Perks, Pay & Benefits:????
