Are you an experienced salon leader who loves developing people as much as serving guests? American Salon Group is looking for a District Success Leader to lead a high-performing home salon while mentoring and supporting leaders across additional locations.
This is the perfect opportunity for a successful Salon Leader who's ready to take the next step in their career while continuing to work behind the chair.
What You'll Do
- Lead and inspire your home salon team.
- Coach and develop Salon Success Managers and stylists.
- Support 2–4 additional salon locations.
- Drive sales, guest satisfaction, and team performance.
- Recruit, mentor, and grow future salon leaders.
- Create a positive culture built on the ASG Way: Accountable, Supportive & Genuine.
What We're Looking For
- Current Cosmetology
- Previous salon leadership experience.
- Passion for coaching and developing others.
- Strong business and leadership skills.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between nearby salon locations.
