ARE YOU THE MARKET OPERATIONS LEADER OUR TEAM NEEDS?
- Bachelor's degree
- 5 years of management experience
- Remote management experience with 10 direct reports
- Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
- Live in EST / CST time zones
- Access to a quiet work environment with a reliable computer, internet, and phone
- Proficient in managing P&L, labor budgets, and inventory controls
- Ability to work a flexible schedule and travel 25% of the time
- Ability to meet or exceed KPIs and Salon Tier goals
- Ability to maintain consistent salon profitability and operational excellence

As a Market Operations Leader at Yellowhammer Salon, you'll enjoy a full-time remote position with flexible hours across the CST / EST time zones.
As the Market Operations Leader, you navigate a dynamic blend of remote work and travel, driving growth across 30 salon locations. You analyze sales data to enhance service and product sales. By managing budgets and inventory and reinforcing our values of Relationships, Resourcefulness, and Impact during weekly meetings with salon leaders, you ensure operational excellence. You optimize staff schedules to boost guest satisfaction, swiftly resolve customer concerns, and implement effective marketing strategies to elevate sales. Balancing administrative tasks like payroll and reports, you maintain financial performance, fostering a strong, community-focused salon environment.
