This is a quota-carrying inside sales role focused on converting warm, motivated buyers into long-term customers. We are looking for experienced sales reps who will work with high-intent inbound and outbound leads (no cold calling), guide them to the right products, and own the full sales cycle from first conversation to close. Your earning potential is directly tied to your performance with an* uncapped commission structure. $120K OTE*

Responsibilities
- Own and manage a high-volume inbound and follow-up outbound pipeline from first contact through close
- Consult with customers by phone and email to understand use cases, timelines, and budget
- Recommend the right products and configurations across a broad catalog to maximize customer value
- Close new business and expand existing accounts through cross-sell and upsell opportunities
- Educate customers on website functionality, product options, pricing, and order workflows
- Coordinate complex or custom orders, ensuring accurate specifications and on-time delivery
- Proactively follow up on open quotes, abandoned carts, and previously active accounts
- Record all activities, opportunities, and notes with high accuracy and discipline
- Provide structured feedback to Marketing, Product, and Operations on trends, objections, and opportunities
- Partner with developers and internal teams to suggest enhancements to the online buying experience and sales tools
- Maintain strong product knowledge, staying current as new products, features, and promotions are introduced
- Consistently hit and exceed individual KPIs and team sales targets
- Actively participate in training, coaching, role-plays, and performance reviews to continuously improve
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
- Proven success in a quota-carrying inside sales, ideally in e-commerce
- Strong phone presence and ability to quickly build rapport and credibility with business customers
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and activity metrics
- Comfortable managing a high volume of calls, emails, and follow-ups while staying organized
- Ability to uncover needs, handle objections, and close business in a consultative, value-based way
- High level of ownership and accountability for your numbers and pipeline
- Skilled at using sales tools; comfortable learning new technology quickly
- Clear, professional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate closely with Customer Support and Operations
- Openness to coaching, feedback, and a performance-driven environment where underperformance is addressed quickly
You will be measured on:
- Closed-won revenue and attainment vs. quota
- Conversion rates from lead and quote to closed sale
- Follow-up speed and consistency on all assigned leads and opportunities
