We are now entering an exciting new phase of growth with the launch of our AI-powered SmartMarts, a technology that is reinventing what workplace vending looks like and replacing traditional vending machines.
We are looking for a sharp, high-level Executive Assistant to work directly with our two founders at our national headquarters.
The Role
This is a high-trust, high-impact role supporting the two founders across a wide range of responsibilities. You will serve as a key partner in helping them stay organized, informed, and focused on the highest priorities.
This role goes beyond traditional administrative work — it requires strong judgment, initiative, and the ability to manage multiple moving pieces in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update a daily Executive Dashboard using CRM data and key business metrics
- Support founders on projects, priorities, and follow-through across departments
- Coordinate internal communications, meetings, and task management
- Interact with internal team members, outside agencies, and vendor partners
- Assist with travel planning, scheduling, and logistics
- Handle select personal tasks with professionalism and discretion
- Step in where needed to keep operations running smoothly
What We’re Looking For
- 3 years experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leadership
- Strong technical skills (CRM systems, dashboards, spreadsheets, reporting tools)
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive mindset — you take initiative and anticipate needs
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and shifting demands
- High level of professionalism and discretion
- Must be able to work onsite daily in Clearfield Utah
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive salary: $90,000 /year (DOE)
