Job Description
Seeking a seasoned Data Modernization Program Manager with 15 years of experience to lead enterprise-scale data modernization initiatives. The ideal candidate will drive migration from legacy platforms (SSIS/SQL Server) to modern cloud data platforms (Snowflake) while managing cross-functional teams and engaging with business and executive stakeholders.
Required Skills
- 15 years in Data Engineering, Data Analytics, and Program Management.
- Proven experience leading large-scale data modernization/migration programs.
- Strong Insurance domain experience (P&C preferred).
- Expertise in Snowflake, SSIS, SQL Server, and data migration frameworks.
- Experience with Azure and/or AWS, ETL/ELT, CI/CD, and Data Governance.
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication.
- Experience managing onsite/offshore teams and multi-million-dollar programs.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end data modernization and migration programs.
- Oversee migration from SSIS/SQL Server to Snowflake.
- Manage project delivery, timelines, quality, risks, and budgets.
- Collaborate with business, engineering, and leadership teams.
- Ensure data quality, governance, compliance, and successful program execution.
