Location: Lake Mary, FL (Hybrid – 3 days onsite required) MUST BE IN ORLANDO OR OPEN TO RELOCATION HERE.

What You Can Expect as a Business Analyst II
- Work with major functional areas of the business to understand and document change requests submitted to the IT organization
- Analyze and document integrations with internal and external applications; research dependencies and collaborate with solution architects and developers on system design
- Review and analyze how changes to business processes and needs impact technical requirements across systems
- Shepherd initiatives through the full SDLC to ensure business processes and system changes are documented, developed, tested, and promoted successfully
- Create Software Requirements Specifications (SRS), use cases, technical requirements, wireframes, system flow diagrams, and related documentation for Guidewire configurations and custom development projects
- Clarify requirements prior to delivery of documentation to Application Delivery teams
- Become a subject‑matter expert on Guidewire systems and Frontline’s implementations
- Work with Operations teams to triage production issues prior to development involvement
- Serve as the liaison between business stakeholders, development teams, and support teams
- Support UAT and go‑live activities as needed
- Partner with QA to ensure test cases are accurate, current, and cover alternative paths for existing and new functionality

- Strong knowledge and hands‑on experience with Agile methodologies
- Skilled at writing detailed SRS documents, use cases, and wireframes
- Strong experience with defect and requirement tracking tools (JIRA, Rally, or similar)
- Experience working in cross‑functional teams
- Proven ability to negotiate consensus across stakeholders with conflicting requirements
- Proficient using browser‑based web development tools
