Innovative Technologies Corporation (ITC) is seeking a Cybersecurity Analyst to support a proposal we are bidding on. This position is expected to be located in Orlando, FL. We estimate the award will be made later this year.
This role supports RMF, A&A, and cybersecurity engineering activities for medical simulation systems. The position ensures compliance with DoD cybersecurity requirements.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in cybersecurity, information assurance, computer science, information systems, or related field.
- 5 years of cybersecurity or information assurance experience in a DoD or Federal environment.
- Experience with RMF, A&A/C&A, NIST controls, STIGs, vulnerability assessments, and eMASS.
- Minimum IAT Level II certification in accordance with DoDM 8570.01/8570.01-M.
- Strong oral and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint.
Desired Qualifications
- Master’s degree in a related field.
- Additional cybersecurity certifications such as Security , CISSP, CASP , or equivalent.
- Experience supporting medical devices, health IT, or simulation/training systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Certification and Accreditation / Assessment and Authorization activities.
- Prepare and maintain RMF artifacts such as Security Plans and POA&Ms.
- Conduct vulnerability scans and STIG compliance reviews.
- Support configuration management and cybersecurity documentation.
- Coordinate with ISSMs, ISSOs, and Authorizing Officials.

Compensation & Benefits
The Salary for this contingent hire position is $73,000 to $83,000 based on experience and includes medical/dental/vision benefits, 15 days PTO and 7 days sick time; other benefits available. ITC is open to salary outside this range for the right fully-qualified candidate.
