Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Control4 Technician located in Boca Raton, FL. The Control4 Technician will be responsible for installing and programming Control4 automation systems, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing support for smart home and audio-video systems. Daily tasks include consulting with clients to understand their needs, configuring and testing systems, and providing maintenance and troubleshooting services to ensure optimal performance.
Qualifications
- Experience with installing and programming home automation systems, specifically Control4
- Proficiency in whole-home audio and video distribution and home theater installation
- Knowledge of security camera systems, smart access control, and networking & Wi-Fi solutions
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Relevant certifications or technical training in smart home technology preferred
